Usage

See files labelled SRPageView.h and SRPageView.m

To create a URL link and fetch response from link, enter the following command in your iOS program:

[SRPageView fetchPageWithPID:@"000000000000000000000000"
                             url:@"http://www.example.com/simplereach-examples"
                           title:@"Test Title"
                            date:[NSDate date]
                         authors:@[@"Alexis Krantz", @"Joe Smith", @"Kent Brockman"]
                          domain:@"thecoolist.com"
                         pageURL:@"http://www.example.com/simplereach-examples"
                        channels:@[@"health", @"beauty"]
                            tags:@[@"5344|example tag"]
                          iframe:nil
                    ignoreErrors:nil
                      landingURL:nil
                        callback:@"SPR.API.callbacks.cb3582146"];

    return YES;

In your console, you should see the following statement logged:

Status Code: 200

 SPR.API.callbacks.cb3582146({"id":"dbcc0fa50ff9772d6b4d8ce5867c32d4","pid":"000000000000000000000000","sid":"029c9f81-89a0-11e4-8925-22000b2b045c","uid":"029c9f97-89a0-11e4-8925-22000b2b045c","url":"http://www.example.com/simplereachexamples","fb":false,"tw":false,"rd":false,"pi":false,"li":false,"de":false});

Method parameters

+ (void)fetchPageWithPID:(NSString *)pid
                     url:(NSString *)url
                   title:(NSString *)title
                    date:(id)date
                 authors:(NSArray *)authors
                  domain:(NSString *)domain
                 pageURL:(NSString *)pageURL
                channels:(NSArray *)channels
                    tags:(NSArray *)tags
                  iframe:(BOOL)iframe
            ignoreErrors:(BOOL)ignoreErrors
              landingURL:(NSString *)landingURL
                callback:(NSString *)callback;

All parameters can be entered either URL encoded, or not encoded. The program will check to see if the strings are encoded and encode them if necessary.

The date can be entered either as an NSDate (for example [NSDate date]) or directly as a string ("2014-01-11"). The program will convert to a UTC date if an NSDate is entered.

Authors, channels, and tags are entered as NSArrays and converted to a comma delimited string.

iframe defaults to true if no value is specified, and ignoreErrors defaults to false.

The user_id parameter is automatically set to the UUID of the device.

All parameters are filtered for strange characters.

    NSString *pattern = @"[łńøØߌÆ∂ð]+";
