Now seeing Two Pending folders

Greetings from Oakland CA! I would love a little help from you. I know you are working with Adam ([email protected]) on other of my Ad related challenges. Thank you for that.

I believe Adam, in the last week or so, has "turned on" what I call the Pending Review function. I had ~50 spam ads come through, free ones, and this was the solution he offered me. Since then, I think this is true, I am now seeing 2 (two) Pending folders. See attached.

Can you explain if this is how it is supposed to be?
What caused it? Is it a problem?
How to fix?
