Ant design tab styling overriding our code

Description

The tabs in this modal are still not correct and the font looks overly chunky and blown out.

Expected Behavior

When I remove the following 3 styles (shown in images below) then it looks great.

Secondly, I thought we had discussed in the past adding a hover style to the tabs (same as active tab styling)? Not sure if that could happen in this ticket, but it's a little strange to have no interaction except from the cursor.
