Remove parentheses surrounding links

The IDE (Netbeans 21) and some text editors that I am using include the closing parentheses in the url of the links.

Solutions:

• Adding a space

• Removing the parentheses (Seems better)

Actually it is relevant for users integrating this file in their project. :)

Some links in the file modern-normalize.css are surrounded by parentheses. To be compatible with more IDE and text editors, links should not have surrounding characters.
