[Bug] isEnabled always return true even full screen is disable by modify regedit for chrome #218

User can Permanently Disable Chrome Full-Screen Mode. see https://geekermag.com/permanently-disable-full-screen-mode-chrome/

After disable full screen mode, screenfull.isEnabled always return true, and screenfull.toggle also has problems.
