Chargebee Upsell & Downgrade Metrics

Hi,

We are trying to retrieve upsell & downgrade data via the Stitch integration. Chargebee & Stitch first referred us to the events table. But we are running into some limitations. How to retrieve the MRR value of the subscription changes & the type of change (addons, coupons, renewal frequency). Did anyone run into this issue as well? Were you able to solve this?

Hi Jonas,

At the moment we do not provide real-time MRR value along with the events. As our team explained earlier over call, Chargebee is working on providing reports API that would cover all these requirements more specifically.
