I found the problem. Its the newest version of surveyor map framework. Downgrading fixed the issue for me

I also have this issue, and downgrading versions did not fix anything..

did you downgrade atlas or surveyor?

I downgraded Surveyor Map Framework to 0.6.25 from 0.6.26 and it doesn't CTD anymore when adding a marker.

Same here. Updated to Atlas 2.11.0 and Surveyor MF 0.6.26 -> led to crash when placing marker.
Downgrading SMF to 0.6.25 helped.
