Delete & rotation not working when multiple stickers added

when i add 3-4 stickers and then when i delete or rotate previous 1st or 2nd stickers ,i can't delete or rotate it!

sometimes some stickers can't delete or rotate. when i add more then 3 or 4 sticker images and then suppose i click 2nd image sticker and rotate or delete it , i can't delete or rotate it

After suppose sticks will convert to a bitmap So you can not move and roate

i can move it ,even i also get borders on that sticker but i can't delete or rotate it on close and point image.It is strange.
this issues is occurred when i add more then 3 stickers and then rotate or delete 1st or.2nd or 3rd stickers randomly.
