So when I try to enable the script through the EXE the script runs just fine, it trys to find my next jump but it sort of juts around trying to find it for so long that I give up and just do it manually. I've tried changing the setting to the recommended 1080p borderless and also set the brightness on the ship UI to max but it still seems to miss it's mark. Any ideas?

Just checking back in, were you able to see the log?

I took a look at the log, it seems in the block "Autopilot Data" it fails to import some libraries. As to the importance of said libraries olefile and distutils (found on lines 78, 90, 94 and 97) I cannot make any statement.
DEBUG:PIL.Image:Image: failed to import FpxImagePlugin: No module named 'olefile' DEBUG:PIL.Image:Image: failed to import JpegImagePlugin: No module named 'distutils' DEBUG:PIL.Image:Image: failed to import MicImagePlugin: No module named 'distutils' DEBUG:PIL.Image:Image: failed to import MpoImagePlugin: No module named 'distutils'

I have this problem as well.. It works fine sort of. It never can really line up on the dot. Sometimes it will fly in circles for a while then up and down before it finally gets somewhat lined up. Sometimes it thinks it is lined up and keeps enganging the FSD only to have it not go and try again till it gives up. Then some times it just flies in circles till it gives up. And I wonder is it supposed to fly to the station? Because that is not what is happening.

Hey there, this project has been on a hiatus for a while, so forgive me for the late reply. I intend on getting back to active development soon.

About your issue, the autopilot is far from perfect and the sort of endless circling you are describing does happen in certain situations, however, if it is happening all the time it could be a more complicated problem related to your setup. The missing libraries cited above should not be an issue.

Unfortunately there is nothing immediately obvious I can recommend you to try except playing around with the video settings to see if there is an improvement, or waiting for a future version to see if it solves the problem.

Thank you for the response. I think this is an awesome project and I would like to support you in any way possible. Feel free to contact me for anything you need, beta testing (I am good at that) or whatever. This was almost usable except for the part where it does not fly far enough back, gets confused, spins around and flies directly into the sun. hahahaha. Also the D Scan does not work on my computer for some reason. Since you say you are planning on picking this back up again I may go back and try to detail some of the information on the bugs I am experiencing. Thank you!!

I know this seems dumb but... did you switch to the discovery mode? (With default colors, the HUD should be blue. If you have default colors and it's orange, you are in combat mode, in which the scanner isn't activated.)
