Functional tests are failing during deps installation in functional-tests workflow. Related to outdated node.js version using by github runners:

npm WARN EBADENGINE Unsupported engine {
npm WARN EBADENGINE   package: '@nomicfoundation/[email protected]',
npm WARN EBADENGINE   required: { node: '>=18' },
npm WARN EBADENGINE   current: { node: 'v16.20.2', npm: '8.19.4' }
npm WARN EBADENGINE }

Need to bump node.js version in workflow
