What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Launch Sketchup 6.4.112

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
A box with the following message:
"cannot convert nil into StringError Loading File svgTemplateMakerReg.rb
cannot convert nil into String"

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
0.3.2

Please provide any additional information below.

same error here, Sketchup 7.1 & svg-outline 0.99
