Doesn't work with in non-default plugins folder #11

I'm using a plugin that lets me put all my sketchup plugins in a central plugin 
folder so when I use different computers, they all use the same plugins. You 
can find it here:

But this SVG Plugin doesn't work when I do that. Are there some hard coded 
paths or something that this plugin uses that might be causing this problem?
