Spacemacs and skewer

Hello.
I cannot get skewer to update page changes.
My setup:
Win10, spacemacs dev branch 0.105.6. I work in web-mode. Firefox and Chrome
I followed instructions and other information.
Tried to access file as file:// in browser and as httpd page with http://127.0.0.1:8080/. Both are loading and I see sckewer-clients. But it doesn't evaluate tag changes.

In browsers console I can see that POST from skewer is not finished. When I send a new update from Spacemacs with C-M-x previous POST get finished status with waiting time for as long as I was not updating it. Like minutes. And new one is waiting, but no page update.

Can you help me?
