Dependency on ajax.googleapis.com in web-ui causes uneccessary timeout on each request

Dear sksamuel,

your project is just what I needed - thanks for open sourcing it!

I have one issue however: I deployed in a closed environment, i.e. without internet connection, and the web UI keeps trying to contact ajax.googleapis.com after each navigation before giving up after timeout. Interestingly, using the page with javascript disabled alltogether works like a charm and fluently.

So - since it seems not to be required - could you just drop that dependency?
