unfiltered file types upload and unlimited file count..

..when i activate file upload ability for tasks there are two issues i can not resolve

first - when i define how many files would you like to allow users to upload for each task, project or discussion post as 0 (unlimited) the upload button complete disapears

second - when someone is uploading file that dont match filtered file type (even if a file is named .JPG not .jpg) the system wont upload it and there is no possibility to ad my own file types or even beter globaly disable file type filtering
