Persian numbers

Since we need to set the locale to fa_IR to see the months in farsi, I believe it makes sense to make sure everything is really shown in fa_IR including numbers.

I think it's better to define some template filter for different formatting like months as Persian name and some configuration variables (settings) for default date and date-time showing in templates and forms.

@slashmili @mrviii What we can do if we don't want to change local to fa_IR but we want to see weekdays or month names in farsi somewhere?
What we can do If we want to have an application with different weekday or month names inside each view (multi language application )

That's a limitation of jdateime(which btw I'm the maintainer as well), I don't think we have another solution here. We could look into the alternative but I think first good to see what problem we are solving here

If this is still something important to you, could you elaborate why a program that is running a farsi application, is not able to set fa_IR ?

If you by multi language application, you mean that you can customize your website for different part of Iran (Tabriz/Khoseztan, ....), then it means your website is able to change the local from one language to another. if this is the case, you might find this trick useful.

Basically on the page load, you can set the local for the current thread, then you can contribute different local to jdatetime
