Docker locale setup prerequisite

Hi,

When adding django-jalali to my project, I encountered an issue with setting the locale as described in the documentation. Since I use Docker, I needed to include the following commands in my Dockerfile to properly configure the locale:

# Dockerfile
FROM python:3.11-slim-bookworm

RUN apt-get update && apt-get -y install locales && \
    sed -i -e 's/# fa_IR UTF-8/fa_IR UTF-8/' /etc/locale.gen && \
    dpkg-reconfigure --frontend=noninteractive locales

I thought this might be useful for others who run into the same issue, especially those using Docker. Perhaps it could be a good idea to add this to the documentation as a note for Docker users (locale setup section link).
