Quest ID 9612

Quest 9612 seems to be a Draenei-only quest, not for all races.
I have already solved the problem in the Grail-Quests-retail.lua file with:
G[9612]='L1 A:17587 T:17116 RD'

I posted about this problem 4 years ago, and you had already solved it.
I don’t know why it changed back again.

It’s likely that someone modified the quest on their own.
I try to change it with github, to not disturb you, on my own but I can't...
