[Retail] Quests in Coolridge Valley no longer exist

The following quests are no longer available in Retail (added in 5.0.1 Mists of Pandaria and removed sometime around 6.01-7.0), and like similar quests for other classes, should be marked as deprecated.

31150 - Elegant Rune : just like 24496, which has Z18505, this is no longer available.
31151 - Kick, Punch, It's All in the Mind: the followup to the previous quest, it is similar to 24530, which is also marked with Z18505
24533 - Words of Power: Similar to 31151, is also no longer available.

We have 10 expansions now and three different flavours at the same time. It makes sense for all reports to mention if you refer to classic era, cata Classic or The War Within or whatever expansion it is when the issue is reported :)
