哥们你这个程序没有从建国至今的所有省市区县数据；而且即便是从民政部官网把所有的数据都爬下来，有的市县数据也是没有的；主要是80年到90年这个区间变化太大了。有些数据感觉民政部网站上也不全, 你可以试试？
