Actual: The following header is displayed below the Display Information section:

Add link to DisplayInformation Section

Expected: If necessary, Add link to DisplayInformation Section header should be removed and replaced with an appropriate link to the Display Information section. If this link is no longer needed, Add link to DisplayInformation Section header should simply be removed.
