Scrollbar autohide

It would be great to have a feature to automatically hide the scrollbars when the mouse is out of the scroll box. And also the scrollbar don't have to be visible when the content is not scrolled. I find this useful e.g. for sidebar menu.

@uiii I'm currently working on release 0.3, that would include several performance and API related changes. And I can include this feature in this release too. I expect to be out of beta with 0.3 by August 4, so stay tuned!
