Based on conversations #337 (comment) on GitHub, we should consider deprecating.

The argument is that the pipelines are not used and they could be merged back in the examples folder.

Done when:

  • A discussion happens with the team about what to do with such project
  • A document is drafted with a decision
  • The community-pipelines are moved back to examples in OSS project or a ticket is cut to take care of it
