Consider adding some information for raised Jira ticket as Jira fields #421

We currently add all of our informations on the description of a Jira ticket.
It would be nice to instead leverage custom Jira fields to better organise the reports. For example, for Confidence: High we could have a Jira field confidence with value High.

And so on.
