Tests for page breaking

Feature 4.5:78 has already been implemented and system tested. However more examples would still be useful as showcase. Consider recycling some system test data.

For req. 4.5:78 an example was supplied by Celia: "Cover pages embossed separately as a 4 page set, text only on the first page" (see commit 054bd9f).

Note that this is currently not supported! (with CSS; it could probably be accomplished with some tricks though)
