I ran into this error with version 0.70.0 of the cutadapt wrapper.

/conda/c7ea65c0/lib/python3.8/site-packages/xopen/__init__.py", line 350, in _raise_if_error raise OSError("{} (exit code {})".format(message, retcode)) OSError: igzip: Error while decompressing extra concatenatedgzip files on

It works if I use wrapper version 0.60.0.

I've tested this wrapper and did not get any error.

There were some changes to the wrapper after version 0.70.0. Can you double check if you still get the same error with the latest version?
