[FEATURE REQUEST] Streaming Ingestion Compatibility

I love the Java implementation of Streaming ingestions which is particularly useful with our dynamic tables. Seen documented here

Hoping it's a small amount of work to release this in a future version of our Python connector. (I don't plan on migrating the example using PyJnius or Jython!)
