The latest database is currently NOT available on S3. This might break a couple apps / setups.

The correct URL is https://s3-eu-west-1.amazonaws.com/snowplow-hosted-assets/third-party/referer-parser/referers-latest.yaml (ie. suffix should be .yaml not .yml).
