Way to keep track of who's editing what

If two people are working on one video at the same time, the edits could be overridden or wasted. Implement a way to keep track of who is currently editing which video to avoid these issues.

Some ideas include:

• Sign-in process where editors can make an appointment to work on certain room
• Place for the volunteers to record their name next to the room they are working on in the main page
