WRT1 APs only power off for a little while

poweroff command causes AP to power off, but then if you wait a minute or two, they power back on.

Either find a way or check with OpenWRT to get a feature request in so that we can use a software poweroff command that does an actual hard shutdown, requiring physical intervention to power the AP back on.
