Dropwhale project site?

Right now Dropwhale only exists on Github. It is possible to enlarge its presence with a website. Dropwhale isn't a product, it's a hackable project that I think is a good solution for module developers. The site should reflect this.

We could also get a custom domain name, although it's tempting to just use Github's own hosting to keep my personal costs low.
