Bei den Builds wird jeweils ein Button "Restart from stage" angezeigt, womit ein bereits gelaufener Job von einer bestimmten Stage aus nochmals gestartet werden kann. Unsere Pipelines sind aber nicht dafür ausgelegt, weshalb dieser Button ausgeschaltet werden soll. Falls es mögilch ist: https://issues.jenkins.io/browse/JENKINS-54250

Gleichzeitig anschauen, was z.B. disableResume() macht, und ob auch rebuildDisabled sinnvoll wäre.
