Key not recognised on Windows 10

Hi,

I have a USB-C Solo2 key and am having trouble getting it to work on Windows 10 Enterprise v1909.

I get the warning message "USB device not recognized" and in device manager it is listed under Other devices/Unknown device and Universal Seria Bus Controllers/Unknown USB Device (Device Descriptor Request Failed).

solo2-v0.1.1-x86_64-pc-windows-msvc.exe list
returns empty.

On ubuntu the corresponding command works and I see the firmware is uptodate.

The key works on ubuntu and over NFC on my android phone.

Any help would be appreciated.
