solo2 CLI (update) seems to ignore proxy config

I did set https_proxy and http_proxy vars (worked for cargo FTR), but solo2 CLI still tries to access GitHub directly and suffers from corporate TLS certificates use in between CLI and the Internet.

Is there a way to make the CLI use the proxy somehow ?
