Billboard particles don't face the direction of the camera. After changing Render Alignment in the Particle System to World, problems like random spazzing stopped happening, but the particles still don't face the camera.

Hi Braveo, if you haven't fixed this one out yet - add all particles to a certain layer, then disable that layer in the GI Culling mask dropdown on the SEGI script. Ought to do the trick.
