Add more context Information to OSM Notes

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
OSM Notes created with Wheelmaps are often quite short and ambiguous. Like "Doesn’t exist anymore" in https://www.openstreetmap.org/note/3675107 or https://www.openstreetmap.org/note/3675085. For the later I can't tell which OSM Node the Note is refering to.

Describe the solution you'd like
It would be good to automatically add context information to the notes. Similar to whow it is done in Organic Maps or StreetComplete. Mentioning Wheelmap as the editor would be good as well.
