method arguments not rendering correctly in ReadTheDocs #100

The argument name and type are joined in one string but they should be separate , see the screenshot.

Probably the same problem as spacetelescope/jwql#514

In my opinion, something must have changes since I first implemented this since I remember verifying that the rendering was fine.
