Database is not deleted on Uninstall

At this point in the Lendr development an uninstall.sql file should be provided. Incremental code additions may have worked fine, but new installs don't provide for new fields that were inserted. This is shown by the SQL errors generated for "Book List" on front end.
Temporary workaround for students is to delete the lendr tables in the database and reinstall the component.

A well designed component will always delete the database on uninstall, else database bloat.
