We want to enable teams to run their retros even when a facilitator is unavailable. To this extent we need to jot down some info on:

  • What's a retro and when/why running one
  • What to discuss and what not to discuss in a retro
  • Tools available for in-person and remote retros in Spark
  • What happen next + where to put outputs
  • Guidelines for first-timers/occasional facilitators
  • Retros pitfalls / gotchas
  • (bonus) bibliography for who wants to learn more
