We want to enable teams to run their retros even when a facilitator is unavailable. To this extent we need to jot down some info on:

What's a retro and when/why running one
What to discuss and what not to discuss in a retro
Tools available for in-person and remote retros in Spark
What happen next + where to put outputs
Guidelines for first-timers/occasional facilitators
Retros pitfalls / gotchas
(bonus) bibliography for who wants to learn more
