To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to 'Schema Config'
  2. Go to 'Address' table
  3. Select field 'address'
  4. Create pick-list based on 'address' field
  5. Go to new Address data entry https://url/specify/view/address/new

Expected behavior

I do not expect error and I should be able to use new Address form.
