Describe the bug
A clear and concise description of what the bug is.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to the COG form
  2. Search for an existing COG in the 'Parent COG' QCBX
  3. Click Save
  4. Verify that the COG shows as a child of its parent on the parent COG form
  5. Delete the COG from the parent form
  6. Go back to the child COG's form after it was deleted from the parent
  7. See that the parent is still set despite no longer being a child

Expected behavior
Removing a COG child from a COG should unset its parent COG relationship.
