My BTC is missing I have not authorised the transaction and this is stolen. need immediate intervention.

someone has stolen the complete amount and it is now 0.00

Electrum is a non-custodial wallet which means that you alone are responsible for your bitcoins' security. The developers of electrum don't have access to your wallet and can't intervene to stop any theft.
