Tab bar doesn't follow color scheme #38

All other parts seem to follow accent, just not tab bar. How do I fix this? This seems to be an error on my part but the stylesheets seem to be correct.

After seeing the fix, I applied it but the other parts don't seem to get the accent as shown in the second image of the gallery.
