Can't support import multiple numpy-opencv-converter modules in a single python script

When I import two numpy-opencv-converter modules in a single python script,it will import converters twice,then use the c++ module will cause python to be crashed.And I try import the module only once,but both does not work.
How to get multiple modules import with numpy-opencv-converter work?
