Rope

Rope is a pretty cool data structure that lately is widely used in a lot of projects(the latest one i've seen is the zed editor, they use rope for some operations).
If anyone wants to work on this please let me know to assign you, or i will start working on it in the near future

hey, it is okay if it's too late. But if you have not started on it yet I would like to work on the rope data structure.

Unfortunately i have a lot of work to do and it's been a while since i updated or implemented something here, you can start if you wish and have an open(draft) PR to check at all times so i can add things if needed
