TA-MS-AAD 4.0.3 - Request failed with status code 500

Hi team, brand new install. Followed all install documentation.
recieving error "Request failed with status code 500" on input config page.
Have searched all past issues, nothing really of note apart from version upgrades that apparently may have included a fix.

Addons versions installed:

Splunk Add-on for Microsoft Azure DownloadUninstall TA-MS-AAD 4.0.3
Microsoft Office 365 Reporting Mail Add-on for Splunk TA-MS_O365_Reporting 1.2.4
Microsoft Azure App for Splunk DownloadUninstall microsoft_azure 2.0.1
Microsoft 365 App for Splunk DownloadUninstall microsoft_cloud_app 3.3.0
Splunk Add-on for Microsoft Office 365 DownloadUninstall splunk_ta_o365 4.5.1

Anything obvious to look for? We are on Splunk Cloud, I cannot find anything in the app log links, all empty.

Note: the Microsoft Office 365 Reporting Mail Add-on for Splunk functionality has been integrated into the Splunk Add-on for Microsoft Office 365. What other add-ons are installed?
