Entra ID Users INput Limit

It appears that when configuring Entra ID (asure:aad:user) there must be a limit/timeout that is causing the user input to truncate around 500 to 600K user objects. I have almost 900k. Doing a dedup on the input which takes almost 2 hours, the upn list is around 570. I can't seem to find an error or anything to indicate an error, but I am certainly not getting all users.
