π β£ Hello fellow nerds.
Over the past few decades, I have helped a bit in giving back to the open source community but I have taken a lot more than I have given.
And I want to fix that. π§
I would β€οΈ β£ your help to allow me to carve out some time to give back to the open source community that I love so dear.
My mission? Well, I realized we have so many nice tools that allow us to spin up web applications in a variety of ways and these levels of abstractions provide a way to build ideas quickly.
I want to extend these software affordances to building chat bots. π€
As developers, chat bots allow us to extend our services into the conversations on various platforms where the users already are. It often makes it easier and more convenient for our customers to use our services within conversations.
In addition, chat bots are fun as hell to build. π
With your support, I would love to help bring the ease of building web apps to the chat bot app space with Juvet. Bringing this open source project to life now will in turn support the work of a lot of developers in the future.
Projects You Would Support
π€β£β£ β£ Juvet, the first MVC framework for chat bots
ποΈ β£ My Podcast about software development
βοΈ β£ My Blog about software development
π₯ β£ Tutorials about chat bots and general software development ( β£ π β£ )
π β£ Tatsu, chat bot for running standup meetings in Slack
β β£ Breaktime, chat bot for making your breaks useful ( β£ π β£ )
Reaching this goal will allow me to work on open source chat bot software at a sustainable pace. β£ π₯ β£ Once the goal is reached, I will make https://github.com/juvet/juvet public to the open source community. β£ π€ β£ Sponsors will have access to the source code before the goal is reached as well as tutorials, workshops, and tips that I create for sponsors around chat bot apps and conversational UIs.
