Hi, my name is Tanuj and I'm a developer from India.

During the pandemic, I was spending too much time on my phone, just like everyone else I believe. I wanted to cut back on my screen time and that's when I discovered the concept of minimal launchers for Android.

I loved the idea so much that I decided to build a minimal, free and open source launcher myself. Few months after the launch (July 2017), it was picked by a few different online Android publications and it kind of took off from there. In 3 years, it got more than a million downloads organically with average 4.8+ rating.

More than 60 thousand people are using Olauncher everyday all around the globe. Simply because Olauncher is one of the best ways for them to reduce their screen time, at zero cost. Please share it with as many folks as possible. People should use their phone, not the other way round.
