Some fields are empty when exporting to CSV

On the 31st of July (revision 933), the following fields were renamed:

• Developer name to Profile name
• Developer description to Profile description
• Developer location (city, country) to Your location (city, country).
• Developer website URL to Your website URL
• Developer GitHub account URL to GitHub account URL
• Developer Twitter account URL to Twitter account URL
• URL to a logo for the developer to URL to a logo for your profile
• Coordinates for the developer world map to Your location coordinates for the developer world map

Therefore, submissions prior to this date won't export properly.

We can't simply revert to the old names as there are now submissions with the new names. We would need to run a data migration to update the submission stores.

I'm not sure it is worth fixing though as we want to move to automate submissions (see #70).
